Yes, I’ve had this experience. It’s terrible since I was relying on the income from the airbnb guests. Airbnb kept this money because apparently they refunded a previous guest which I was never informed about. I received an email that said they did not refund the guest, but no communication that said that they did. It’s been terrible trying to dealer therapist it,it’s beena week and I am still unable to talk to anyone who might bee able to help me.
Sounds like your payout was delayed. You can just call in and check out that to make sure!
